The terms and conditions set out below govern the purchase of products and services offered to you through IUPharmacy.com. When a customer orders any product on our site, he / she accepts both the conditions below and the items in the Sales Agreement.

These Terms may not be modified or completed by a Customer using an ordering document or similar Customer document. The Customer is not authorized to change or complete this document. IUPharmacy.com without prior notice can change the terms at any time. The customer’s process of ordering products that match the modified terms is void unless otherwise agreed in a written contract signed by both Customer and IUPharmacy.

Governing Law

The shipment of products to the Customer under these Conditions will be managed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant jurisdiction laws.  All problems, disputes or requests arising from these conditions or arising in connection with these conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of the country where the products are sent to the customer. The shopping parties present and approve the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in question to finalize the follow-up of any lawsuit or case arising from or in connection with the relevant circumstances.

Every customer ordering products and services from IUPharmacy.com, the privacy policy on the IUPharmacy.com website agrees to the collection and use of personal information disclosed as required. Orders, Prices, Payment Terms, Interest

Orders placed by customers are not binding for our company until they are officially approved on IUPharmacy.com. Product delivery is not started until the official approvals on the site are realized and the official documents are not sent to us. In order for the medication to be sent to the customer, a prescription written by the doctor or prepared at the IVF clinic should be available. This document must be faxed to the IUPharmacy.com with the fax number +1 323-310-0390 by the customer or by the healthcare professional, or sent to prescription@iupharmacy.com via e-mail in PDF format. Payment terms are based on the terms prepared by IUPharmacy.com, and these conditions are deemed accepted when the customer places an order. While shopping, payments are received via IUPharmacy.com. Each customer’s payment for the Medicines will be made by his / her own personal check responsibility. The customer will be charged $50 USD for a deal or checks that returns electronically or physically. For orders approved by IUPharmacy.com after accepting payment terms for preferred products, related payment must be made within thirty days from the invoice date. The customer knows that she / he will pay an annual interest of 20 per cent on all overdue amounts and accepts it.

Shipping Charges; Taxes

Fees determined for shipping and handling will be shown separately on invoices. The Customer is responsible for the goods and services tax associated with the purchased product and other sales and order related taxes.

Title

The Title of the Products passes to the Customer as soon as the Products leave the affiliate pharmacy or international supply center of IUPharmacy.com. This should make the Customer to be more careful during the shopping. Ship dates are calculated with estimation. So, IUPharmacy.com does not take responsibility for shipment delay dates or shipping mistakes by the noted ship dates.

Warranties

IN ALL PROCEDURES ABOUT WARRANTY, ITS OWN MANUFACTURER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPHARMACY.COM DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DRUGS’ PROBLEMS OF THAT ARE PROVIDED ON ITS PRODUCTION, LIMITED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH THE PURPOSE. IUPHARMACY.COM’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT.

Return Policy

Products with an unopened package of up to $ 500 can be returned and paid for when sent for return by a national post within 14 days of delivery. Opened products up to $ 500 can be returned and paid 50% of the value of the cost if transferred via a national post service. Not only shipping fee but also return mailing amount is not returned to the Costumer or credit is not transferred to the Customer’ credit card. For refunding or transferring credit will be completed if the returned Products receives to the appropriate address which is stated on IUPharmacy.com website. Products prepared as a special order on IUPharmacy.com cannot be returned or credited.

Exchanges

Any products that have expired of the date of the exchange cannot be changed by IUPharmacy.com. IUPharmacy.com may replace the damaged or defective Product with a new one at any time with its own discretion.

Products

IUPharmacy.com may stop the sale of the Products it holds on its site, sell equivalent products on its site, change the product brands it sells, or stop the supply of its products at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

IUPHARMACY.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR UNUSED PRODUCTS. IUPHARMACY.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR EXPERIENCES IN CUSTOMERS WHO BUY PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE OR PURCHASED PRODUCTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENTION PERMITTED BY LAW, IUPHARMACY.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH DAMAGES. IUPHARMACY.COM WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROFIT LOSING, BUSINESS LOSING OR OTHER TYPE OF LOSES. LIMITATIONS EXPECTED ABOVE APPLY RELATING TO THE REASON AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS DAMAGES, DAMAGE OR LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR AN UNLIMITED, BASIC VIOLATION OR AGREEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT.

Exports and Imports

Customer agrees that Products sold on IUPharmacy.com are subject to applicable export and import control laws and regulations. He / she accepts that the sales status of existing products can be regulated in accordance with these regulations.

Entire Agreement

Customer totally agrees that these Terms and any documents cited or referenced in this website by reference constitute and repeal any contract between the Customer and IUPharmacy.com regarding the responsibilities of these Terms. IUPharmacy may also terminate and otherwise void any previously written, verbal, negotiation, contract, offer or offer requests between the customer and IUPharmacy.com. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the documents referenced herein, the Terms written in this document will prevail.

Severability

Force Majeure

IUPharmacy.com will not be responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from conditions beyond its control, including back orders, delays, customs delays, and shipping losses for Products requested by customers. IUPharmacy.com will not be responsible for notifying and announcing to the Customer of such delays. The products should be in the follow-up of the Customer from the moment they leave the company. Customer is solely responsible for the alternative arrangements made to obtain Alternative Products and the costs associated with such purchases.  The customer is responsible for the delivery and follow-up of alternative products that the company will request and order.
